Spring Convention Live Broadcast

This year we are featuring a live broadcast with new ways to experience and support the 2024 Spring Convention and Competition on April 11 - 14, 2024 in Torrance, CA.

You can participate by getting access to the live broadcast, sending a shoutout, or purchasing an ad spot. The shoutouts and advertisements will be featured in the livestream, on stage IMAG and theater lobby monitors located within the competition arena.

Shoutout Details & Requirements

Mechanical Requirements:

  • Shoutouts will be 3 to a page in a standard slide.

  • Maximum of 72 characters per shoutout.

  • 3 shoutouts allowed per payment.

Deadlines and Submission Information:

  • April 1st: Closing date for advertising reservations.

  • April 3rd: Closing date for all artwork file submissions. No refunds will be made after artwork submission deadline.

Ad Details & Requirements

Mechanical Requirements:

  • Slides should be designed to wide-screen (16:9).

  • Format (1920x1080 pixels).

  • Photos used in slides should be high resolution (300 dpi).

  • Files should be saved as .JPG or .PNG.

  • Audio or Video is not permitted.

Deadlines and Submission Information:

  • April 1st: Closing date for advertising reservations

  • April 3rd: Closing date for all artwork file submissions. No refunds will be made after artwork submission deadline.

  • A confirmation email will be sent after on-line purchase.

  • Payment must be received via credit card in full before being processed.

  • Artwork file submissions should be uploaded here.
