Appointed by the Chair of the Regional Convention, the Overall Assistant and Secretary performs various administrative tasks in support of all RCSC team members.

Competition Coordinator (CC)
Appointed by Sweet Adelines International (SAI), the Competition Coordinator works with the RCSC, most closely with the Convention Event Coordinator, to coordinate facilities readiness for competition. The CC communicates regularly with all Region 21 competitors to share competition details. The CC is answerable to SAI and ensures the Regional Competition meets all International requirements.

Assistance Chapter Coordinator (ACC)
The Assistance Chapter is the current/outgoing Regional Championship chorus. Appointed by the Chair of the Regional Convention, the Assistance Chapter Coordinator provides and oversees volunteer workers to ensure smooth operation of the Regional Convention/Competition. The ACC recruits and coordinates members from the assistance chapter to fulfill needed roles.
Karen Ridout
Official Panel Liaison (OPL)
Appointed by the Chair of the Regional Convention, the Official Panel Liaison communicates with the judging panel and trial scorers assigned to our contest by Sweet Adelines International. The OPL oversees all aspects of care for the Panel, as well as preparing the score sheet packets for all contestants.

Chair of the Regional Convention (CRC)
Appointed by the Regional Management Team (RMT), the Chair of the Regional Convention works closely with all RCSC team members to ensure a smooth operation of the Spring Convention and Competition event. This includes timely communications with the RMT and SAI, working with Marketing and PR to provide regular communication to the membership, and ensuring website functionality is sufficient for convention needs.

Assistance Chapter Coordinator
The Assistance Chapter is the current/outgoing Regional Championship Chorus. Recruited by the ACC, the Assistance Chapter Coordinator Assistant provides support and backup to the Assistance Chapter Coordinator in all tasks, managing the team of volunteers from the Assistance Chapter to ensure smooth operation of the Regional Convention/Competition.
The Regional Convention Steering Committee (RCSC) is a standing committee under the oversight of the Regional Management Team Events Coordinator. The RCSC plans and executes the Spring Convention and Competition according to the Guidelines for Regional Conventions published by Sweet Adelines International as well as the Region 21 Guidelines and Procedures. The members of the RCSC shall be members of the region appointed as described below. Appointments are for one year with the option to continue decided by both the RCSC member and the RMT Events Coordinator, with the exception of the Assistance Chapter Coordinator. The ACC is appointed each year from the current Regional Champion Chorus.
