This convention is also our major annual fundraising event which provides funds to support our singers across four states throughout the year. Over 500 singers and their guests are expected to attend this event! Golden West Region 21 is thrilled to welcome you to the Spring Convention and Competition, April 9–12, 2026, in beautiful Phoenix, Arizona. We are excited to bring together all the outstanding choruses and quartets of Region 21 for an unforgettable celebration of harmony, talent, and connection.
Together, let’s celebrate Region 21’s theme: More Laughter, More Love, More Singing! When laughter and love are present, singing becomes more vibrant and meaningful, strengthening both the musical experience and the community that sustains it.

HOW TO REGISTER
Region 21 Member Registration
Every Region 21 Chorus and Quartet Member that is competing or assisting must complete a digital Registration form and purchase their AET by 3/17/26*. Each member will register themselves individually. Only one ticket may be purchased at a time.
*Registrations received after the deadline will incur a late fee
($30 Adult, $15 Youth)
All tickets are transferrable but
not refundable.
Guest All-Event Registration
Chapter-At-Large Members and Guests wanting access to all Convention events may complete a digital Registration form and purchase an AET by 3/17/2026*.
*This is the last day to buy a Guest AET. After this date guests may buy single event tickets.

Single Event Ticket Purchase
Any NON-COMPETING chorus member (except for the Assistance Chapter), Chapter-At-Large member, or non-competing guests who are attending individual events may purchase a Single Event Ticket (SET) in lieu of an AET.

You will need to create a login on the Acaville Live! site. The number of locations a login is used will be monitored and limited - for example, you may watch on your phone and a computer, but not more.
Buy Ads and Shoutouts
Send a short, text-only good luck or other special message to a favorite chorus, quartet, member or director on a live broadcast slide during the 2026 Regional Convention and Competition.

Purchase a full slide with graphics - get your company, org, or service featured in front of live and online attendees.
Chorus Extra Rehearsal Request
Purchase space for Friday Night April 10th for a fee of $250.00. Rehearsals run an hour and 45 minutes, and will be scheduled either from 7:00 - 8:45 pm or 9:00 - 10:45 pm. Complete the Function Request Form and make payment online by March 17, 2026
Shoutouts can be entered on the order form, and will be shown 3 to a slide.
