to Golden West Region #21. Individuals can pay with PayPal which can be noted on the chorus form.

Every Region #21 chorus should have at least one double quartet entry in this fun competition! The chorus with the most double quartet competitors wins VIP seating at Regional Competition! Awards will be presented to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners, along with the coveted Golden Banana Award. So gather seven of your closest friends, select two competition songs, create a costume, and perfect your performance – it’s easy! There are a few special rules! Complete the entry form and send it to Judy Huffman, Competition Coordinator, no later than July 22, 2011.
