Would you like to become a barbershop arranger? Are you already an arranger but would like to hone your skills? Region 21 has a world-class Arrangers Development Program and you are invited to participate!
Come join us at the annual Region 21 Arrangers Retreat in Tucson, Arizona on May 18-20. The faculty will be Master Music Arranger Nancy Bergman, Certified Music Arrangers Anita Barzilla, Suzy Lobaugh, and Joanie Adler, and Joan D'Agostino, IMAP Candidate.
The classes that will be offered will include "Rhythm for Arrangers," "Vocabulary for Arrangers' Ears Only," "Understanding Chord Progressions," "Arranging Techniques Common to Barbershop," and "The Difference in Arranging for Men and Women." All of the classes will be small group instruction with plenty of opportunities to get you questions answered by some of the best arrangers working today!

The Region 21 Arrangers Development Program is dedicated to the following efforts:
- To identify and encourage members who are interested in arranging barbershop music
- To educate aspiring arrangers
- To increase the number of creative, knowledgeable arrangers in Region 21 who will train and mentor future aspiring arrangers;
- To provide a foundation for future candidates to qualify for acceptance in the International Music Arrangers Program (IMAP)
